NextVibe Terms of Service

Last updated: October 4, 2026 · Türkçe

These terms cover the NextVibe website and the NextVibe iPhone app. By using NextVibe you agree to them. How we handle your data is described in the Privacy Policy.

Your account

You can use NextVibe without an account, or sign in with email, Google or Apple. You need to be at least 13, or the minimum age to use online services where you live. Keep your sign-in to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account.

Using NextVibe

NextVibe is for your personal, non-commercial use. Please don't misuse it: no scraping or automated bulk requests, no trying to get around rate limits or access other people's data, and no attempts to disrupt the service.

Your content

Your name, profile photo, ratings, watchlist and other things you add stay yours. You give us permission to store and display them so the service works, including to other signed-in users if you make your profile public. Don't upload anything you don't have the right to share, or anything offensive or unlawful. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these terms.

Recommendations and AI

Match scores, recommendations and AI chat replies are generated automatically and can be wrong. They are suggestions, not facts or professional advice. Check age ratings and content warnings yourself.

Movie and TV information

Titles, posters and other movie and TV information come from TMDB. This product uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB. NextVibe doesn't stream or host any movies or shows.

Price

NextVibe is currently free. If paid plans are offered later, their price and terms will be shown before you subscribe, and payment will be handled by a payment provider, not by NextVibe directly.

Ending your use

You can stop using NextVibe or delete your account from Settings at any time; deleting it removes its data. We may change, pause or end the service, or suspend accounts that break these terms.

No warranty

NextVibe is provided as it is, without guarantees that it will always be available, error-free or accurate. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using it. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be waived.

Changes

We may update these terms. When we do, we'll change the date at the top, and continuing to use NextVibe means you accept the new version.
